We routinely draft long and short leases, leases of whole and part and has significant experience drafting office leases, industrial unit leases, shop leases, and numerous other commercial leases.

We will provide your tenant with a good lease which will give you protection and set out clearly each parties rights and responsibilities. 

We will agree with you at the start a fixed fee so there are no surprise bills.

We will explain the process in detail to you so you know the stages your transaction will go through before the lease completes and/or the tenant has occupation. 

We will review, negotiate and complete all ancillary documentation for a fixed fee that can go together with the grant of a lease such as licences providing the landlord's consent (licence to alter, change of use etc) and rent deposits. 

We routinely prepare, negotiate and complete all estate management documentation that you may require in the future (such as variations of leases, licences to assign, licences to alter, licences to sublet and lease extensions), renewals, short term licences to occupy.

We are responsive and will keep the transaction moving so that you know when we are expecting to complete.  We will identify issues tailored to your business and we like to develop long term relationships with our landlords so we can help them in the future.
