Pricing

You will control your legal spend.  Charges are agreed up front as either:

  • on a transactional basis in the usual traditional law firm way on an hourly rate of £190 plus VAT where I estimate how long a project will take. Please see typical costs below for an estimate; or

  • we can agree a fixed fee for a project; or

  • you can book me for as a virtual in-house lawyer for your business. This works well if you do not have the capacity to hire someone but need regular legal guidance as you grow for an agreed guaranteed number of hours (either 5, 10 or 15 hours) per month at a reduced hourly rate of £170 plus VAT †

Any additional time will be charged at my usual hourly rate; any time not used will not roll over to the following month.
